Kusters Calico Machinery Limited was established in 1996 as a joint venture of Eduard Kusters Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG, Krefeld, Germany (Est.1946) and Calico Industrial Engineers, India (Est.1946).

The manufacturing program of the company consists of a wide range of textile processing machines and converting machinery for plastic films, paper and aluminium foil with technical support of Polytype Ltd., Switzerland.
